The University of Oslo is offering a fully funded PhD Research Fellowship in Computational Neuroscience/Brain Physics at the Department of Physics. The selected candidate will conduct research as part of the prestigious EU Horizon MSCA Doctoral Network – NeuroNanotech, which integrates nanotechnology with neurocomputational modeling to advance next-generation brain–machine interface technologies.
About the Project
The PhD project will focus on advanced biophysical modeling of electrical and magnetic brain signals, exploring how nanoscale materials and external electromagnetic fields influence neural activity. The work aims to contribute fundamental insights into neural signal generation, propagation, and modulation.

Eligibility Criteria
Required Qualifications
